Sonesta Select Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville Hotel

Getting checked in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Being close to the airport and having shuttle service are big advantages. It's a comfortable, convenient hotel with great service. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable airport hotel.

The staff were terrific, and booking the car parking was straightforward. The shuttle service was very good too. There were some issues with the sink and tub in room 301, but everything was very clean.

We drove to RDU and stayed the night before our vacation flight. We checked out very early the next morning and took the airport shuttle Christina was driving. After she dropped us off, we learned our flight had been canceled and called the hotel to ask for a pickup. Christina was on her way with other passengers and said she'd get us. She brought us back and let us use our room until checkout time. Mindy helped us check back in. We were frazzled and just needed a place to regroup. They were so kind and made us feel like someone had our backs. Thank you both. You've earned our loyalty, and we'll tell people about your hospitality.

Mindy was so hands-on and willing to help that I'm incredibly thankful I called and got to work with her. From our first conversation, she went beyond her job and connected me with people for catering and other needs. The staff also let us use the meeting room to prepare for our event and put out fresh coffee while we pulled all-nighters getting ready. I also want to recognize Ms. Angela Smith. She helped us get our room ready, then went out of her way to share her faith and follow what she felt called to do. She blessed my family in ways she doesn't even know. Sonesta was one of the best places and teams I've ever worked with. They put themselves in their customers' shoes and put us first. The rooms were ready without a wait, clean and fully equipped, and nobody we met was rude. When I visit Raleigh, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm grateful for the best hotel service I've ever had.
