Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Morrow

Breakfast was hot, filling, and tasty. It wasn’t elaborate, but it didn’t need to be. The bathroom was incredible, and the room was spacious, lovely, and clean. I’d give the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Morrow location/Southlake Mall six stars if I could. I booked during graduation season and a holiday weekend while dealing with difficult repairs at home. Ms. Thelia M at the front desk, Ms. Ally, and GM Ms. Christie Wilson were gracious, accommodating, and encouraging throughout. It’s clear GM Wilson brings positive energy and motivates her team. I’ll stay here again.

Ally, Taty and Ruben made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a very comfortable bed. The Fairfield Marriott is in a perfect spot for getting to the main attractions and good local restaurants. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting [Morrow Ga]!"

THELEIA IS THE BEST! She’s sweet, beautiful, honest, and straightforward, and she really cares about people. Her customer service will steal your heart. I’m definitely staying here again, thank you guys! She deserves recognition for the amazing job she does. Anyone saying otherwise isn’t telling the truth and is just giving her a hard time.

Tatyna was so welcoming and accommodating. While we waited in the lobby for funds to pay for our room, she offered us coffee and helped us use Google Pay with our phone at the credit card machine. Theleia was very customer oriented and told us about different areas in GA. We’re visiting from Florida, and this was the best hotel we visited in GA. We’ll definitely renew our stay. If I could, I’d give his hotel 10 stars.
