Sunland Inn

Cindy was lovely when she checked us in and went out of her way to help. The room was large, the AC worked, and the beds and linens were good quality. But the toilet had a slow flow, and walking barefoot left the bottoms of our feet completely black. It didn't seem like the floor had been mopped in weeks. There was a nice free snack bar in the lobby with bottled water, microwave popcorn, chips, and granola bars. In the room, having coffee, a microwave, and a mini fridge was a welcome plus.

My husband stayed here for work, and I couldn't believe how good it was for the price. The room was clean and remodeled, with some cute, clearly womanly touches that made this "Inn" stand out. The shower was awesome, and the service was top-notch. I work in hospitality at hilton, and we'll make sure he stays here whenever he's working away from home. Thanks to inn on 3rd for feeling like a good Lil home.

The manager clearly takes personal pride in running the place, even though he isn't the owner. He explained how he handles upgrades to the rooms and keeps the outside looking good. Everything was clean and in great shape, from the spotless rooms and fresh linens to the comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were both pleasant. If I need a place in Moses lake again, I'll stay here.

My husband and I both have bad backs, but I woke up feeling like I'd slept in my own bed at home. The room was clean and laid out so the beds made it feel almost like two rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, from check-in through checkout. I'm glad we tried somewhere different this trip. Best stay I've ever had.
