Inn At Moss Landing Point

We were impressed by the quiet in our large room at The Inn at Moss Landing Point. The rooms don’t share common walls, so we never heard the kind of noise we’ve experienced at other places. The Inn feels elegant and upscale, with coastal decor and art that made the stay pleasant. Staff were accommodating and attentive, and housekeeping responded quickly when we needed something. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, the harbor, and the beach. A sweet extra: they text in the evening to ask if you’d like popcorn for a movie, then bring it to your room. We’ll come back on our next Central Coast trip to visit family.

The only small drawback for me was that our king room was a bit on the small side. Everything else made this business trip feel easy and welcoming. The two staff members we met were kind and helpful, and the room and public spaces were impeccably clean. Toiletries were high quality, and the care in the details showed. There’s a little convenience store, plus a self-serve area with coffee, hot cocoa, and a microwave. Around 8 PM they text to offer fresh popcorn, delivered to the room in reusable containers. The marine-themed gift shop has a good selection for all ages and suits the area well. The location is ideal for getting around Moss Landing. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

I first went to captain inn, but after seeing it was a two-story home with thin walls and individually rented rooms, I decided not to check in. It sounded like you could hear everything happening in the house. I ended up at the Inn instead and had a good experience, with great prices and customer service. The property was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. Popcorn nights were a favorite. It’s a nice hotel right by highway 1, with dining nearby. They also made room for my rig in the parking area. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was amazing, and the service was top-notch. We had such a lovely stay at The Inn at Moss Landing, and we’ll definitely return. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The receptionist’s offer to bring popcorn to our room at night, in reusable popcorn buckets, was such a cute touch. We had the best time. Thank you!
