Jameika was amazing with my family and me, making us feel welcome and taking care of everything. The rooms were clean and just right, breakfast was good, and I'd stay here again!

I'm pretty upset. I was told my $100 deposit would be returned, and I called to confirm it. But the charge went through, and there's no release showing on my bank's side. I feel ripped off.

We had a quiet, pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and kept an eye on the outside. The breakfast bar had a full spread with sausage patties and eggs, and the milk was good too. No complaints from my wife and me.

After driving 4.5 hours from out of town for a family member's funeral, my family and I were left waiting in the heat and got very poor service. I stood in the lobby for at least 5-10 minutes before anyone came to help. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and not hospitable. I showed proof that I'd booked through Booking.com and paid for the room the day before, but she repeatedly claimed it hadn't been paid for. I asked for a manager, and she said one would be there in 30 minutes. After I waited 20-25 minutes, she came outside and said the manager had told her to give us a room and sort out the payment later. My kids and I had to sit in the heat while this went on, and I'm not happy about it at all. That interaction was terrible, completely unacceptable, and I will never stay here again. Your employees need to learn customer service and treat guests better.
