There was a roach, and I showed it to the owner. He had no reaction and offered us a different room. My husband was hurting from an accident and it was late, so I took our things out to the car. Finding another hotel felt too difficult at that point. The owner sat on the lobby couch watching TV with his wife, like they couldn't care less. We paid $98 and got just $21 back. Terrible experience!

Convenient location, friendly service, and a neat, very clean room with nice furnishings. They cleaned it every day and replaced the towels and washcloths daily. Best hotel in the area.

No complaints. The room was clean and really nice, and the people there were kind and courteous too.

I've stayed here several times for at least two days at a stretch, and I'll keep coming back when I visit. Each room my boyfriend and I have had was clean and well cared for, and the place feels cozy. It was affordable, and you didn't have to be 21 or older to check in. The first time I arrived, I was greeted with a smile, and they've been smiling and welcoming every visit.

An easy check-in, with a helpful, polite, and friendly front desk. The room was very clean and quiet, a good fit for the budget price and a small town, though nothing fancy. Breakfast was basic: bagels, pancakes, assorted sweet cakes, coffee, and juice. Just right for a quick overnight in Ripley.
