This place is a health hazard! It was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. I do not recommend it. I had posted an earlier review hoping for an apology, an explanation, or some improvement, since that’s what reviews are for. Instead, after a nine-hour workday and a two-and-a-half-hour drive, I was checking in and was greeted with an attitude and unprofessional behavior. The person said, “I read your review. I’ll refund you right now and you can find somewhere else.” I regretfully stayed because I was exhausted. Then I found a sucker stuck to the blanket in my room, which I didn’t notice until the last day, so the bedding hadn’t been changed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and tub, and in the corner behind the toilet. The toilet didn’t look fully cleaned or sanitized, the shower curtain seemed to have mold along the bottom, and there were spots on my pillowcase. Twin Cities Inn, you’ll never have or deserve my business again. Honestly, you should be shut down. I deserve a full refund for this trauma! Has anyone else noticed that their only responses are to positive reviews? I’m pretty sure they’re staged.

I was charged, and someone wrote down my debit card information. Be careful here; they seem kind of sketchy. The room I slept in hadn’t been cleaned, and the bedsheet had hair from the previous guest.

I stayed there last Friday night, March 21, 2025. The hotel was very nice, and the manager was extremely friendly. The rooms were amazing, with the most comfortable beds I’ve had so far. They were nice and soft without being too soft. The only downside was the small bathroom, but that was a minor inconvenience and didn’t affect my stay at all. I’d definitely stay there again!

The room was nice, a little smaller than some but arranged well, with a desk and office chair, a recliner, a good-sized mini-fridge, two nightstands, and a queen bed. There were plenty of towels and tissues. I was only there for one night, but housekeeping didn’t come until after I’d checked out. It doesn’t seem like a big deal until you’re woken at 8 a.m. by the sound of your door unlocking.

The rooms were decent, and there’s a McDonald’s and gas station right by the hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing, though. There were a few small doughnuts from a bag, a few gas station brownies, two kinds of cereal, a few bread options, coffee, oatmeal packets, and just a few tiny yogurts. The juice machine didn’t work, either. The hotel’s side door, which is supposed to be locked, was broken or something and wouldn’t lock at all. Our keys also stopped working several times. Still, it was a good place to crash for a few hours, and the price was good.
