Adora Inn

Jon and Arthur were great hosts, and breakfast showed off their cooking skills. We liked being a few blocks from the center, with everything still an easy walk away. The Adora Inn was tasteful, clean, and comfortable. If you’re going to Mt Dora, I’d recommend staying here. We’d absolutely come back.

We spent a few days in the Treehouse bedroom for a mini honeymoon after our wedding. It felt very private, and John and Arthur were wonderful hosts, both with their hospitality and their recommendations. Breakfast was homemade each morning and better than a restaurant. The inn is within walking distance of just about everything in the small town. We’ll visit again and recommend Adora Inn to anyone passing through Mt Dora.

The room was comfortable and clean, and my wife especially loved the large tub. Breakfast was made to order, with great French toast croissants, a bowl of fresh fruit, and scones. Nothing negative to report. If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely return.

I found this bed and breakfast unexpectedly while looking for a place in Mount Dora, and it turned out to be just what I needed. The hosts were so kind and accommodating that I felt at home with dear friends. The house and rooms are cozy, charming, spotless, and decorated with one owner's art. Guests can relax in the lovely living and dining rooms, and the music was wonderful too. Breakfast was unbelievable, with gourmet dishes, fresh juices and fruit, French toast, sausage, roasted apples, and plenty of drinks. It’s only a few blocks from downtown. A fantastic stay!
