Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are usually cozy. There's a decent range at the free breakfast, handy for getting out quickly, and the location is convenient for the highway and nearby restaurants. Staff are generally friendly and check-in tends to go smoothly. Room cleanliness and maintenance can be inconsistent, though, and how quiet it is depends on where your room is. A dependable choice for a short visit or stop near Nashville.

We booked a suite and it worked perfectly for our family. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was standard, with Activia yogurt as a nice upgrade, and it helped fill the kids up before a day of activities. The pool room was beautiful, though there's no hot tub. The hotel is close to Nashville but far enough out to feel quiet. Brio, a local gelato place, is nearby and worth a visit. They had gluten-free gelato, plus crepes and waffles. On weekdays it's hard to make a left turn back onto the highway, but weekends are fine. One of our favorite hotels on this trip, and we'd stay again.

It's clean and in a good location, which would have earned five stars from me. But I suspect the room thermostat is controlled from somewhere else. The air gets switched off when they think the room is cool enough, so we kept waking up through the night to turn it back on.

We were seven, two adults and five kids, and needed a last-minute room for just about eight hours of sleep. We didn't want to pay for two rooms for such a short stop. After we'd been driving all day, the desk attendant checked us in quickly after midnight and was very helpful. The room fit everyone and was clean, nothing fancy but just right for us. We all fell asleep fast, then got up at eight to shower and eat. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great, and the person looking after it was very nice too. The price was good for a short stay, and we enjoyed it. Thanks!
