Holiday Inn & Suites Mt Juliet – Nashville Area by IHG

Darryl went above and beyond when he helped us get into our room on the first day. We’ll be back soon. We stayed several nights in a king suite, and the service was amazing. Housekeeping kept the room clean and stocked, and the front desk staff were a big help. The hotel was also very clean, well cared for, and in a great area.

BreAnna sorted out a TV remote problem by bringing me a new one that was already programmed and worked great. When I needed to add a day to my trip, she quickly checked availability and made it happen. Christel and Victoria were friendly and professional, whether they were greeting me warmly, answering a question, or suggesting food. Everyone was a homerun, and I’ll definitely return with my wife. The room was very clean, as it should be, but it was the customer service that really stood out.

Darryl at the front desk made our Christmas trip so much better. His food suggestions were amazing, every one was a hit, and he helped us with whatever we needed. Even with a busy lobby, he seemed to have a smile and genuinely cared about the guests. That kind of service deserves to be recognized by name. My husband, our two little kids, and I stayed here over Christmas break. From check-in, Darryl was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful in a way you don’t see often anymore. The trip was already special, and he made it even better. I hope management sees this. He’s one of the best front desk reps we’ve met. Thank you, Darryl!

The beds are really comfortable, and the shower has wonderful water pressure. I love this hotel, but staff like Jessica and Pam are why I keep coming back. They’re amazing, so kind and helpful, and always smiling. Travelers, stay here and love it!
