I come to Salinas for work about every month and a half, and this was my first chance to stay here because it's usually full. I'm glad I finally got a room. The bed is incredibly comfortable, unlike the super hard beds I've found at several other hotels on this same street. The rooms are nice, breakfast is delicious with real food options, and every staff member I've met has been genuinely kind. I hope I can get a room here next time I'm in town. The area is a bit sketchy, honestly, though I saw a police officer drive by a few nights and had no problems during my stay. There are signs for a pool inside the hotel, but there isn't one.

The staff were kind, and for $150 a night I was very satisfied with the price and location. The room was spacious, with a very large bed, and very clean. The hotel also has a nice gym and free hot breakfast, plus free parking in a very safe area.

We stayed overnight on a business trip and found the room comfortable, with the amenities we expected. The hotel was nice, the staff kind, and the location pretty convenient. Being beside a big farm field gave us a great view of an epic sunrise, and breakfast was nice.

Clean, well-equipped rooms and good service for the price. The outside aircon was noisy, and the windows were dirty. I'd give it full stars if they were clean.

In my experience from all the traveling and stays I've had, IHG hotels are pretty consistent and good for the price. Compared with independent motels that are almost as expensive and can be trashy, I find IHG places reliable and ten times better for not much more money. This one in Salina's was especially good, with clean rooms that had no funky smells, plenty of parking, and a friendly check-in.
