Pam and Maryann were kind and accommodating, and the maintenance team was very helpful. The chef also makes exceptional meals and specials. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a vacation. The rooms and carpets need serious deep cleaning, and the bathrooms need improvement. They serve only breakfast and dinner, and one bartender seemed to rush customers so he could leave early. There’s also a young woman at the front desk whose attitude stood out, and she seems to brown-nose the general manager.

Roland and Teddy at the bar were wonderful, especially Roland, who was welcoming and helped make a stressful night easier. We’d stopped here because icy, dark roads made it unsafe to continue back to Pennsylvania. It was pricey, but we chose Hilton expecting the place to be clean and safe. Instead, a dirty, used pair of socks had been left under one of the beds, and my 5-year-old found them. That’s unacceptable and very disappointing for a Hilton property. Management offered breakfast, but that doesn’t come close to addressing the problem. Cleanliness should be standard, not something guests are compensated for afterward.

The room was a little tired, but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I had the fried eggs for breakfast, with bacon, toast, and home fries, and everything was cooked just right. I didn’t get to use the gym because I forgot my sneakers, though I did look in. It was clean and well equipped. Not a bad hotel.

We paid $296.23 for one night, since the hotel was close to the sporting event we were attending the next day. The room was grubby, and when we packed up in the morning, I found a woman's blood-soiled panties under the duvet. The sheets clearly hadn't been changed from the previous guests. I told the desk clerk at checkout, but she basically said there was nothing she could do. A call later brought a promise of $100 compensation, and that was all. I never received the money or credit, or any follow-up call or email. Save your money and stay at another hotel in the area. I can't attach photos here.
