Robert came through for us when we needed help most, getting us a room for the night and being courteous and helpful. After a six-hour drive for a family wedding, we'd made the mistake of booking another place. It was motel-like, and we hurried out, only to find ourselves stranded late at night. Luckily we ran into helpful people at Hilton. The hotel was clean and very nice, and the breakfast was one of the best continental ones I've had. The waffle maker was excellent too. There's no pool, but there is a conference room and a gym. The fridge works, though you need to make sure its door is fully shut. The air conditioner made some noise. Between the service, breakfast, and people like Robert, it felt like great value, and it is part of the Hilton Honors rewards program. Thank you, Robert. I don't know where we'd be right now without you and everyone at Hilton.

We usually stay here when visiting family, and our previous visits had been good. This time, after checking in Friday afternoon and returning from an event around 10, we found ants on the nightstand and in the bedroom. We got rid of the ones we saw and checked during the night, but by morning there were more in the chair across from the bed, in the bed where I slept, and all over the nightstand on my wife's side. The bathroom handle was nearly falling off, and the weather stripping was coming loose and creating a trip hazard at the room entrance. We left and reported everything to the staff. As Hilton Silver members, we were disappointed by this visit.

Jayden at the front desk made my four-day business trip enjoyable. He's polite, professional, attentive, and knows his work. He takes real pride in looking after guests, which feels rare. The whole staff were courteous and did their jobs well. The hotel was clean and quiet, with comfortable furniture and very nice showers. Jayden is a real asset to the Hampton and Hilton brand. I've stayed here before and find it welcoming and quiet. This time, over five nights, the room was cleaned only once, though housekeeping is scheduled every other day. We had to ask the front desk for towels twice. On one occasion the do-not-disturb sign was up, but we asked whether the room could still be cleaned; the desk said he'd speak to housekeeping, but it never happened. The next scheduled cleaning day we were out by 9 a.m. and returned at 6 p.m. to an untouched room. We took out our own garbage and basically cleaned it ourselves. When I asked the desk about a credit, they checked with the manager, who said housekeeping had tried both times and the sign was up. That isn't true. The front desk staff are nice, but very young and not very helpful. I spent a lot and still had to clean my room. Keep an eye on housekeeping, too.
