The hotel looked beautiful and festive for the holidays, and it really made us feel at home. Our rooms were impeccably clean, breakfast had everything, and every staff member we met was so nice. Khalifa, Zena, and Connor were all accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll always stay here. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience.

We made the reservation online, got a virtual key, and were told we could skip the desk. Checkout was handled on the phone, and the online service itself worked well. But with everything done without face-to-face contact, I’m not sure how to rate the service. Personally, I don’t consider it good service when I haven’t interacted with any staff member.

The property was pretty clean, but I can’t overlook how the front desk representative pretended to cancel my duplicate reservation. It was clearly an online error, and then they refused to refund me through Priceline. I’m glad Priceline was able to resolve it. I definitely won’t be returning.

Traffic noise from 295 goes on all night and is horrendous. They even supply earplugs in every room, which tells you how much of a problem it is. It’s a dated building, and there are plenty of better options for the same price. If you care about getting sleep, stay elsewhere.

The room was hot and smelled strongly of weed smoke. The AC blew the wrong way, so it didn’t help with the heat or smoky air. It was suffocating, and I couldn’t sleep. This isn’t acceptable. Please don’t stay at this hotel.
