Hyatt Place Mt Laurel

Of the hundreds of Hyatt House locations I’ve been to, this is one of the nicer ones. Breakfast is hot and especially good, with fresher, better-quality fruit than you usually get at Hyatt. The place is well stocked, has good water filters, and everything works efficiently and seamlessly. It’s very clean, with no chemical smell. Highly recommend.

The extra $300 I hadn’t expected put me under a lot of stress. At check-in, they added a $100 pet cleaning fee, though the staff member who spoke with me when I booked had said $75. I’d told him several times while booking through World wide of Hyatt that we were bringing our dog, to make sure the cost was included. He hadn’t added it. There was also a $200 incidental charge that he hadn’t mentioned, so it got added to the final charges at check-in. After an hour of trying to sort it out, it was settled, but I was out the extra money. The girl at the front desk acted like I was a bother the whole time. I’m too stressed to get into the other things. I’ll never stay here again.

There are several food options nearby, and stopping here is a nice chance to relax and take a break on a drive. When I’m on the New Jersey turnpike, usually going round trip between NYC and DC, I try to stop at the Hyatt in Mt. Laurel if I’m tired. The service is excellent and super friendly, and they get me to my room quickly and efficiently. It leaves about 90 minutes to go to NYC. If you need a place to stop along the turnpike, give them a visit.

My team and I stayed here for a work conference, and the stay was better than I expected. Liz and everyone at the front desk were so attentive and kind. The service was impeccable, and the rooms were clean and really comfortable.
