Mainstay Suites Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

It feels like a little apartment, with a full-size fridge and everything you need in the kitchen. There are studio layouts and rooms with extra bedrooms, which works well for kids or for sharing with friends and family. It's super clean and feels like my home away from home. The staff are caring and helpful, management is excellent, and it's close to Walmart and places to eat. Come check it out, you'll love it!

The staff were friendly and nice, but didn't respond well when we raised problems. I checked out ten days ago, and the gym had an out-of-order sign for my whole stay, including checkout day. I was surprised to see a review from just a week ago praising the gym, with a response from the hotel that made it sound open. Other listed amenities weren't there either. We had one fork, not enough plates or utensils, and no cookware. The business center had no fax, computer, or printer, and there was no toaster, which we really needed. The floors were sticky, and the carpet and couch had blood on them. When I mentioned the blood and burns on the couch, I was told it was a previous guest's fault. They didn't offer a cover or even a spare sheet. A young woman said they only provided whatever was already in the room when I asked about cookware. Housekeeping said they had no clean towels left. I was going to let it go without seeking a refund, but two of our party of four refused to sleep there and got another room, so I had to return their half of the room cost. I asked for a partial refund and got no response.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Vin, who made our visit comfortable and memorable and never rushed us out. Mainstay Suites was a fantastic stay, and I'll be referring family, friends, and coworkers. The property was wheelchair accessible, and the room felt like a condo, with a full kitchen, living room, spacious bedrooms, and TVs in each main area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had excellent pressure and reliably hot water. Granite counters gave the kitchen a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi was solid throughout. The grounds were clean, well kept, pet-friendly, and completely bug-free. The workout center was a great bonus.

After a night of layovers, I landed earlier than expected and desperately wanted to get to bed. It was only noon, but the staff went beyond what I could have asked and let me check in early without any hassle. Clavia (Forgive me if misspelling) at the front desk was amazing, so sweet and professional. The property was nice, clean, safe, and quiet, with an in-store market and onsite laundry for convenience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
