❌ Zero Stars I came to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mount Morris, NY through a Priceline booking, expecting a dependable, comfortable 3-star stay while traveling upstate. For the $130-plus I spent, I got a miserable night and a hotel that seemed decades behind the times. The building is old and poorly maintained, and even the ancient microwave barely heated anything. I checked in around 2:00 AM and just wanted sleep. Before my 11:00 AM checkout, I tried to shower at 10:00 AM and found no hot water at all. The shower barely trickled, and the clothing iron was broken when I tried to press my shirt. I called the front desk, and a staff member came to look. They suggested I pack my things and use the shower by the public pool, or wait for maintenance. I wasn't going to haul my belongings to the pool just to shower, so I declined and asked for a refund because hot water, usable shower pressure, and a working iron were all missing. The front desk agent brushed me off with, "Things happen when we travel." If I were going to go without a shower and iron, I could have slept in my car and used a gas station for free. She then said I had to get the refund from Priceline. Priceline contacted the hotel, and staff told them they had offered me another room. They hadn't. The only suggestion was the pool shower. Ancient, broken amenities, poor maintenance, unprofessional service, and dishonesty. Avoid this place.

We showed up at the last minute, and the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a phenomenal trip. It's about an hour from Niagara falls, and close to Letchworth, another breathtaking waterfall and park with fewer crowds. Antique shops are nearby, and there's an indoor pool and hot tub. Best hotel we've ever stayed at.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. Our bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast had plenty of choices. Everything else felt clean and well kept, too. When we first came in, there was a slight damp smell and a red mark on the carpet. It looked worrying at first, but it turned out to be wine or something like it, definitely not blood. A pleasant place to stay when visiting Letchworth State Park.

The staff were nice, and the pool was working. There’s coffee and cocoa available 24/7. I packed everything I needed, but if you forget something, Dollar General is right next door!

The room was very clean, and breakfast was great, with lots to choose from. The breakfast staff kept everything tidy and stocked. The pool and hot tub were clean, at comfortable temperatures, and open until 11:00. The hotel is by the park entrance, and town has plenty of antique shops and good restaurants. We ate at two places: Genesse River, beside the hotel and within walking distance, and High Banks Tavern on Main Street. Both had good food. The staff were friendly. Great hotel, 5 out of 5.
