It's a great location, which makes the condition of the place a shame. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room barely seemed clean enough to stay in. There were no towels, just two washcloths that looked like a previous guest had left them. I walked barefoot to the bathroom and came back with long black hairs on my feet. I'm blonde and my husband is bald. I don't expect much from a thrift hotel, but I do expect clean rooms and towels.

We got to the hotel late at night after a long trip, exhausted. We had a reservation for that day, though our check-in time was a few hours off. The staff member wouldn't help or suggest any solution and instead asked us to pay an extra fee. There was no customer service at all. Treating tired guests like that in the middle of the night is unacceptable. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

No towels or washcloths, and when I asked for some, I was told to wait until the next day. The staff were very rude. The place is crawling with roaches and is filthy. The blankets have cigarette burns and look like they haven't been washed in ages. The sheets are stained and the carpet is disgusting.

After a long journey, we arrived late at night and felt as if we were being turned away. We had a reservation for that day, but the staff showed no flexibility and asked for money rather than helping us. That kind of service feels far from professional. A hotel that treats guests this way can't claim to be hospitable.
