Best Western Plus Tree House

The restaurant food and service were wonderful. I’m local and have stayed here twice now for my girls’ birthday because they wanted to swim. Both times, the pool was cold and the hot tub felt like bath water. The pool area and gym were dirty, and the bed brought for my daughter was horribly uncomfortable. I let it go a year ago, thinking it might have been a one-time thing, but at these room prices the amenities should be worth it.

The hotel is cozy and really clean, and Carli and Joselynn welcomed me with lovely smiles. Thanks for being patient and so knowledgeable. Carli especially went above and beyond to help me, and even held the door for me since I couldn’t walk because of an injury. You’re the best and made it worth spending the money.

We thought the hotel was decent, but for us it didn’t justify the price, especially with breakfast not included. It’s quiet and conveniently off I-5. There are two separate dining areas, one for breakfast and one for lunch and dinner. We ate dinner after arriving and breakfast before heading home. The chicken stir-fry was a large serving; my husband had bacon and eggs, and I had oatmeal. Both meals were adequate, but not worth what they cost. The bed was a bit hard, though I have a sensitive back and it might suit others. We’d stopped overnight on our way home from visiting family.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Best Westerns, and this one went beyond what I expected. Jocelyn was welcoming and accommodating while helping us find a room that worked for our family. She knew the area well and answered all our questions.
