Prospect Hill B&B

The room was beautiful and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. We felt as though we’d found a jewel at Prospect Hill. It’s a gorgeous old house, and I loved the architecture and stained glass windows. The place felt peaceful and welcoming. Donna, the host and owner, greeted us warmly, and her canine sidekick Thomas did too. We spent one night there this week, and if we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely book again. Thank you, Donna and Thomas!

Breakfast was wonderful, and Donna kept fresh coffee available all morning. She was always encouraging guests to speak up if they had questions or needed anything. We stayed in room #4 for the weekend, and Donna was a friendly, generous, and accommodating host. Prospect Hill has antique charm throughout, with WiFi and cable TV for modern conveniences. The historic Wagner house is a one-of-a-kind gem in MTN City, TN, and I can’t imagine choosing another B&B or hotel. The entrance road had some pavement damage when we visited, but the vacation was such a joy. The prices are very reasonable for the service and amenities in such a unique, beautiful setting. I’d give the rooms, service, amenities, and location the highest rating. Don’t overlook Prospect Hill, you’ll be glad you chose it. ~Katherine

I’m in Mountain City, TN for work every few months, and I ALWAYS stay here. Donna thinks of every last detail to make you comfortable, and the house is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this mountain getaway!

I was here for a wedding, and the banquet hall and grounds outside are amazing. The house looks wonderful, Donna’s a great host, breakfast is delicious, and coffee is there anytime. Fantastic BnB. I’ll definitely visit again!
