Best Western Foothills Inn

We booked a week for two employees. One has a very small dog, and the front desk employee took offense when we complained about the $40 a day animal fee. She told her manager we were rude, which we weren't. I travel around the country and, as an elderly man, I do speak up about high fees. The manager called our corporate office and falsely said there was video of us being rude and obnoxious. She also claimed the dog was barking and running around. We left that night and moved to another hotel owned by the same people the next morning. They'll never get our business again. Their lies cost them over $4,000 in hotel fees just this week. The hotels were Hampton inn mountain home suites and this hotel. While I was checking into the mountain home suites, the manager was rude and told me the dog couldn't bark in the hotel. Yet I was woken at 3 am and 5 am by dogs barking. The room stunk, and the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors using the bathroom. STAY IN BOISE! Never stay in theses hotels!

Wingers is right next door, which is a big plus. I travel for work and this is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are really nice, and Debbie at the front desk is great.

The room looked clean, smelled clean, and felt clean. One of the best rooms I've stayed in.

We arrived at 2 AM and found plenty of parking in a clean lot. The location was great, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, and organized. It felt like a home away from home, and we'd definitely stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
