SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Luis Obispo

We had a clean hotel with spacious rooms, and my sons would love to return for our next events here. The staff made the difference. Kevin and the other gentleman at the front desk were great at helping us. Veronica and Rosalinda from housekeeping helped us with an issue, and their service was amazing. The breakfast staff stayed on top of things and helped everyone with their requests. I gave it a top rating mainly because of the customer service.

We were breaking up the drive from NorCal to SoCal with a night in SLO because we were traveling with a toddler, and I’m so glad we stayed here. The hotel is brand new, extremely clean, and has a huge, spacious property. The room layout works really well for families. It was roomy, with a pullout couch that can sleep up to two people. It turns into a single bed with a trundle underneath, which our 4-year-old liked sleeping on, though the mattress might be too firm for an adult. Breakfast was included and had a good range, including hot oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and waffles. We’d definitely stay again.

For the price, this is the nicest hotel in its range. I’m always happy to stay at Springhill suites when I travel for business. The staff at this location were really helpful, and they have charging stations for electric vehicles. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back.

We stayed at this Marriott in July during summer break while visiting Pismo Beach, and I came away happy with the hotel, as I usually do with Marriott properties. The bedroom and bathroom felt modern and comfortable. There was free WiFi, a small kitchen, a TV with streaming services, bright windows, and enough room to store our luggage. I especially liked the complimentary breakfast buffet, and one of my sisters used the outdoor pool one morning. It’s a great hotel, the kind of place I’d recommend to people visiting Pismo Beach.
