Anton Ladera

I've had no complaints during my time at Ladera and really enjoyed living here. It's safe, quiet, and convenient, with helpful staff and management and respectful neighbors. Grocery stores and workout classes are nearby, and Caltrain is within walking distance. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to live in the area.

I've been at Ladera for three years and have had a great experience. The small community means little noise or drama, and the neighbors are friendly. You're within walking distance of groceries and parks, while away from streets with heavy traffic noise. The parking lot is roomy and easy to use. I also appreciate the organized mailboxes and package room with Amazon lockers. Vincent and his management team are a big reason I've stayed: they solve problems proactively, communicate clearly, and send timely notices when something comes up.

I recently moved on after several years at Ladera, and I genuinely enjoyed living there. The community is peaceful and well maintained, with a lovely park across the street, and the location is very walkable with lots of businesses nearby. Vincent, Raymond, and Tony were an outstanding management team. They communicated openly and handled maintenance requests promptly, whatever the issue was. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Ladera to anyone looking for a home.

I've just renewed for a third year after two years at Ladera, and I look forward to staying longer. In my opinion, it's the best apartment in Mountain View: quiet, safe, and clean. The location is convenient without feeling busy. The building is tucked away from El Camino, and the surrounding homes and apartments make for a fairly calm neighborhood. Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Safeway are all walkable, along with plenty of restaurants and shops near San Antonio Center. Vincent and Raymond have made living here stress-free. They're friendly, easy to approach, keep residents updated, and look for ways to improve the community. Management is proactive about keeping the property in good shape, and the maintenance team responds urgently when repairs are needed. The gym is well kept and has enough equipment that I don't need a 24-Hour fitness membership. There's also a penthouse lounge for studying or office work, an outdoor area with several grills, a dog park and plenty of room to hang out, plus a clubhouse for parties and gatherings. I could go on about how great this place is.
