We loved living at Avalon MV for most of 2025, and were sad when it was time to leave. The community and the consistently friendly, reliable staff were a big part of that. Commuting was also a breeze since it’s near the shuttle stop. We never had any issues.

Steve was friendly and got our dishwasher problem sorted within an hour. He also showed us how to use it better and really went above and beyond. Glad to have someone like him looking after our apartments.

I’m really grateful to Rachel, one of the managers. When some important mail went missing, she searched the mailboxes and Amazon lockers with me several times, and we found it safely. The maintenance team also comes right away whenever there’s an issue, so the service here is amazing. The other residents are wonderful people too.

Mirna, Itzel, Steve and Geo make up an amazing maintenance crew at Avalon. They’re helpful and fantastic. Whenever something goes wrong, we know they’ll handle it quickly and efficiently.

Leaving Avalon Mountain View has been one of my hardest decisions. I’m relocating for work and using the 30-day notice to transfer to another Avalon community, after truly enjoying my time here. Matthias and Matthew were so supportive throughout the process. They patiently answered countless questions from my roommate and me, and offered thoughtful, helpful solutions. I’d wholeheartedly recommend living here. The community feels safe, the advisors are outstanding, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
