Mary was a wonderful host, and the homemade scones at breakfast were delicious. Our room was cozy and clean, with a quiet area around the house at night. It’s also conveniently within walking distance of downtown Newport and the mansions.

Mary made us feel so welcome, and breakfast each morning was delicious. The Gardenview is a cozy, quaint inn that’s clean and well maintained. We enjoyed staying here much more than any Air BnB we’ve tried. If we return to Newport, we’ll stay here again.

Mary is the proprietor, and she’s a warm, kind hostess. Breakfast and the conversations were an added bonus to a lovely weekend at the Gardenview B&B in Newport. It’s an affordable, clean place close to the mansions and cliff walk. Can’t wait to return!

It’s a cozy bed and breakfast with just two rooms, so it stays very quiet. Mary makes you feel at home, and you can choose what time you’d like breakfast. She makes a wonderful breakfast, too. Mary’s incredibly sweet and knows the area well. I’d recommend her place to everyone.
