We loved the hotel’s decor, outdoor space, and amenities, and the location worked perfectly for walking my daughter to the museum. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. My partner tried the self-serve draft beer wall, which was reasonably priced. The big problem was the bed in room 229, which sloped downward at the head, so we slept with our feet above our noses. The pillows were terribly flat and useless. I still recommend the hotel and hope to come back, but we’ll bring our own pillows for neck and back support.

The kids and I love staying here, and this has been our third visit. Rooms and service are great, and we like the other amenities too. The elevator feels secure since you need a room key to go above the lobby, and the well-lit parking garage feels safe. Breakfast is the one thing that doesn’t work for us, the selection is odd and limited, so we usually go out. We’ll definitely stay again.

We chose it because it was an easy walk to the Heritage Bank Center, and the walk was nice. The room was great and the breakfast buffet was good, but Nyck was the standout. He answered every question with detail and honesty, and was one of the three best front desk people I’ve dealt with across a lot of hotels. I wish every desk employee were like him. Nyck, thanks for all the help, buddy!

The gym was great and had a water dispenser, and the rooftop bar was nice with decent food. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, but still able to joke, and housekeeping staff were kind too. The room layout worked well overall, though the path to the bed was a little tight. We were on the top floor, and the view of a run-down liquor store and construction wasn’t good, so we kept the curtains shut and the TV on. Finding parking and the lobby was confusing because signs were lacking, though it got easier once we found our way. The elevators were slow, probably because the hotel was busy that night. Breakfast might have been great or awful, hard to tell since most food was gone by the time we arrived. Most tables were dirty or occupied, so we ate what little we could outside, without water because the dispenser was empty. For a new hotel, I was pleasantly surprised, and I’d stay again.
