I spent about three years living at Park Place and would happily live there again. The staff stood out most: every person I dealt with, from maintenance to the leasing office, was pleasant and helpful every time, and often went out of their way. The grounds are well cared for, the landscaping is lovely, and broken things get fixed quickly. Apartments have sensible layouts and lots of storage. I lived in three different units, each with its own pros and cons. On High School Way you will hear traffic, but farther inside the complex it gets surprisingly quiet. My last apartment was on the third floor, with high ceilings and lots of light. There usually aren't elevators in these buildings, so expect to climb three flights if you choose a top floor. The location is great too. Castro is an easy walk away, with plenty of restaurants.
