Customer service was really good and made the stay pleasant. I was in the area for a concert at Shoreline, and the location was convenient. The ChargePoint on site was especially useful since I drive a Tesla. The hotel is near a main highway, so you can hear it during the day, though not as much at night. I'm a very light sleeper, but earplugs let me sleep peacefully. My only real deduction is the carpet, which was far too old and dirty. My white socks turned black after just 30 minutes.

We'd stay again after a concert at Shoreline. The location worked great, and the hotel seemed well looked after. The rooms were spacious, with clean, comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Amenities are pretty basic. Safeway is about a five minute drive away, and there are good places to eat within a short walk.

The people working there were great, and I got a quieter room after asking the next day, which is why I rate the service higher. The first room had no double pane windows, and I could hear Highway 101 as soon as I entered. I expected the noise to die down by midnight, but cars, trucks, and motorcycles were still audible. The replacement room had its own problem: for two days in a row, someone filling a bath at 6 AM made such a loud sound in the walls that it startled me the first time. It wasn't a great stay. If you're looking for a quiet place, I don't think this is it.

Noise was the worst part. The units by the entrance are awful because you can hear every car passing on the highway or main road all night. My room also wasn't cleaned properly at any point during the stay. The bathtub's side was filthy, and the sink was never cleaned. Ask for a room toward the back.
