The first two times I stayed here, the location near my work and the decent included breakfast made it convenient. On my third visit, renovations were underway and breakfast had been cut back to just scrambled eggs and wheat bread. I was also charged $11 for a water bottle, though I hadn't taken one and there wasn't any in my room when I checked in. The AC thermostat didn't work either, so I had to move rooms. Very disappointing.

For what this place costs, I expected better care and service. The building feels worn and overdue for updates, and rooms were cleaned only every few days. Even then, housekeeping often seemed rushed, with things left undone. When we raised concerns, management showed little interest in sorting them out. There are plenty of Marriott hotels nearby, so I'd stay elsewhere until this improves.

The only real drawback is the lack of a lift. If you end up on the first floor, hauling suitcases up and down the stairs could be rough. Aside from that, I've stayed twice and had a relaxed, great visit both times. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get to the nearby corporate offices for my work trip.

Britny at the Front Desk made check-in a real pleasure. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The property is nice, and my room was spacious and spotless.

Rest was hard here because so much noise came through. I could hear footsteps overhead, the elevator in the hallway, and the guy next door talking on his phone at 6am, as loudly as if he were in my room. The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin.
