Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett

Celisse helped make my wife’s birthday, which fell on Valentine’s Day, feel special. Before we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett, I called to confirm the booking and ask about special occasion options. They don’t have packages, but Celisse arranged a thoughtful surprise in the room, and my wife absolutely loved it. At check-in, Celisse and Dan were welcoming and professional, and made us feel valued. We noticed a few minor issues, but still had a great one-night stay and really appreciated the customer service. We’d happily come back.

The hotel itself was fine, but I’ll be coming back for Celice or Celyce or possibly Selece, and her alone. I’m sorry if I’ve got her name wrong, but I mean the incredible person at the front desk who deserves every good thing in life. Give her all the raises. Put her face on the building. Make her CEO, founder, visionary. I left my electric toothbrush behind, which was devastating, especially after recently leaving something at another hotel too. I know, I need to get my brain checked. Then she swooped in and saved the day by shipping it back to me. My oral hygiene is restored, and so is my faith in humanity. Absolutely elite service. THANK YOU!!!!

After midnight, Brian Travis was still cheerful and more than willing to help us out. We’d arrived late after a business conference and forgotten a few things, and he got them for us, answered our other questions, and helped us find a few extras. He made the late-night arrival delightful. I’d honestly stay here again just for him, though the hotel itself is fantastic too.

Traveling there had gone badly, but the young woman named Celiese at the front desk made things so much better. I probably spelled her name wrong, but she was polite and super helpful. I had no problems at all, and this is an exceptional place to stay when you’re in the Seattle area.
