The staff were tremendous, pleasant, and so helpful. I can't praise them enough. Unfortunately, the rooms were dated and disgusting, with stains on the floors, chairs, curtains, and pretty much everything. The fixtures were dirty, the desk chair was atrocious, and I didn't sit on the couch once during my 11 days. The AC made a loud, unpleasant noise. The fire alarm in the next room went off repeatedly. When I told the front desk, she apologized and offered points, but I never received them, and nothing was done about the alarm going off at all hours. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, but they first came on Day 5, after I left trash outside my door. My tag was never on the door. During my 11 days, they didn't vacuum, sweep, or change my sheets. Guests shouldn't have to request a room refresh. Most Hilton properties do it automatically every 4 days. Get it together. The food wasn't bad, though they should serve bacon more than once a week. I was excited about the jacuzzi and used it once, but when I returned a few days later it was cloudy, then closed for the rest of my stay. Routine maintenance shouldn't be hard to keep things working for guests. Laundry was great: $3 to wash and dry a load, and the dryers ran for 75 minutes, which I really appreciated since I stay at 7-10 hotels a year for 125-140 days. Thank you! My son was having a medical procedure in Chicago, so I booked and prepaid for a week. We live 10 hours away, and he was discharged 3 days early. The hotel let me check out, but wouldn't refund the unused days. Poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend them.

The location is clean and amazing, and Michelle the manager is amazing too. She listened to my concerns about a personal matter and gave me awesome customer service, with such an upbeat personality. Thank you, Michelle. Amazing!

This place is my temporary home while my house is being repaired after a fire, and the people here have made me feel so comfortable. I sometimes get off work early just so I can come home, I mean to the hotel, and relax. Michelle is personable and amazing, and she's also a Believer. Tree is another gem. You have to taste her cooking, she brings food in to share. Is that woman a Chef? Max is always energetic and upbeat. I know I can be a pain and needy, but they keep helping me. David is quiet but keeps the place in tip-top shape, and John has a detailed, convenient system for mopping and cleaning. Jill keeps breakfast hot and delicious and always has a smile on her face. Flor is a sweetheart too. The maid service is second to none.

The rooms were nice, but several of my family members came from out of town to celebrate my son's birthday. The pool area was okay, though the hot tub was dirty and gross. It was closed the next morning, and now my kids, some family members, and I are all sick. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to use the pool area.
