Hampton Inn Murphy

We came up to scout my land outside Murphy for game, and found the breakfast bar superb. My guest was impressed. They’d just installed brand-new beds throughout the hotel that week, and the staff made the stay memorable in a good way. Bonnie, Morgan, Louise, Jessica, Lierra, and Emma were all friendly and eager to help. Kudos to the management for hiring such a great team. As an Medicare Insurance professional, I know how hard that can be.

The price makes this even harder to accept. We’d reserved a king bed, but when we arrived they could only offer us two queens. The bathroom had blood splatters, the walls were dirty, and the bed dust ruffles were filthy. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Hilton should be ashamed to have a hotel like this under its management, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

The sink and bathtub drains were slow, and the bed felt a little stiff. Still, the room was very clean, there was no smell of smoke, and breakfast was delicious. It’s a bit dated but not too bad. I’d stay again. Thank You

I’ve always had nice stays here, with good breakfast and nice staff. But after heading to breakfast this morning, I came back and found a juvenile bed bug on the pillow I’d been sleeping on. Room 318. I checked around and didn’t spot any more, then told the staff when I checked out.
