The team makes me feel welcome every time, always greeting me with a smile. Sam and Penelope at the front desk are awesome, and Marsha and the housekeeping crew are the best. Tiffany and Sharon make breakfast feel like home, while Waylon from maintenance is always kind when we cross paths. Nikki and Tyra, the managers, check that I’m comfortable and welcome me back. Big kudos to Tyra, the General Manager, and all her staff. The service is always excellent.

The staff were especially kind, and the room was lovely. After I’d checked out, they even gave me towels to clean up a spill. Excellent hotel.

We’ll come back here. The room was very clean, breakfast was great, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were especially good and gave us some dinner suggestions.

I often book rooms in advance through hotels.com for guests, and this time our guest had to leave a day early because the weather changed in our area. The hotel and hotels.com both confirmed that our party had checked out. I requested a refund for the unused night, but the hotel told me to work through hotels.com, and now they say the hotel hasn’t responded to approve it. I’ll have guests staying here monthly or every other month. If you want that future business, please approve the refund for the night they didn’t use.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express properties, and this one was easily the worst. The room was noisy and seemed dirty, and it reeked of a stale ashtray. Maybe that’s because some staff smoke just outside our room window. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it sure didn’t feel that way. Total disappointment.
