Le Meridien New York, Central Park by Marriott

I was in town for work, and it helped to have things nearby. There's a market next door, Times Square is a mile away, Target and WH are 0.7 miles by Columbus Circle, and LV and Dior are a three-minute walk. Maybe leave your credit cards at home, lol. The hotel is in a great location, with valet parking, though parking in the city is the only issue. Everyone was great: the housekeeping team were especially kind, friendly, and helpful, and VJ and Ricardo at the front desk were great too. Concierge service was fantastic, and the hotel was quiet with no noise issues. The gym is well equipped, though a couple more machines would improve it. Engineering came promptly to change my filter, much appreciated. Thanks to the whole team.

We ate at the Paris Bar, where the service felt personal and they accommodated what we wanted. The food was good to very good, though I'm not sure it justified the prices. We wound up getting takeout for several meals. Kin Ramen around the block was amazing. Staff were exceptional, friendly, and remembered our room number when I went downstairs with a question. That included everyone from the front desk to housekeeping.

The room was spotless, stylish, and quiet on a top floor, with a luxe, chic design. I was visiting New York with my dog for the first time, and everyone, from the valet and doorman to the front desk, was so accommodating and made the stay memorable. I was unsure after reading reviews and paying that much for a room, but it was worth every penny. The location is perfect, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in NY. We can't wait to return.

Melissa, Montauri, Jose, and Danny treated us so well and took care of everything. The location was great. The rooms are small, but that's part of the NY experience, so it didn't bother us. My only complaint was the carpet, which wasn't the cleanest. The rooms were very well soundproofed, though, and we slept great.
