Linda at the front desk really stood out for her honesty and attentiveness. Not long after I checked out, she called to say I'd left my suit in the closet. The room at Willow Lodge was spacious and exceptionally clean, and I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Linda was so accommodating. She unlocked the pool gate at 8 PM so the kids could swim, then mailed back my husband's Sonicare toothbrush after we accidentally left it behind. The hotel also felt peaceful and never overcrowded, with clean rooms and a kitchenette stocked with what we needed. It's close to gas stations, grocery stores, and other essentials. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back!

It feels more like home than a standard hotel, and for about the same price you get a kitchenette, a couch, and southern hospitality. Linda was extremely gracious. The lodge is also well located, close to lots of great restaurants on the Marsh Walk. I highly recommend it.

Linda greeted us at the door and made us feel like family. It's a beautiful place to stay, very close to the beaches, and definitely a top 10 resort.

My daughter and I stayed two nights while looking for a house, and had such a good time. The room was clean, the thermostat worked accurately, and the free morning coffee and late-afternoon tea were just right. Linda at the front desk made the visit especially good. Check-in was quick and friendly, and she helped with all our questions and let us check in early. When it rained one morning, she offered us umbrellas right away and shared the local forecast. We felt welcome at both the lodge and in town. Awesome customer service, and highly recommend!
