We spent a full night and still saw less than half of the enormous grounds. We made good use of the generous option to stay on the grounds until 6 p.m. after checkout. The hot springs were enjoyable, and even with a large group on a weekend, we could always find one at the temperature we wanted where we could all soak together. The food was good once we found it, and the huge rooms were clean, comfortable, well stocked, and everything worked. The staff checked in at the different hot springs to see if we needed anything and offered to adjust the temperature. When we asked, they said they enjoyed working there, which matters to us. The place is elegant, peaceful, and well maintained. Compared with Glen Ivy, this place is like caviar next to gum scraped off your shoe. Glen Ivy looks like a Carnival Cruise Ship buffet after lunch. Being so huge has drawbacks. Restrooms are hard to find and poorly marked, and walking between the room and hot springs was challenging. Day guest parking was pretty full that weekend, so there wasn't really another option. Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout at 10 a.m. Late checkout costs $75. We were up late enjoying the many 24 hour springs, so we paid to check out at noon. Most of our room was ready a little early.

My grown daughter and I had a wonderful five night stay at Murietta Hot Springs Resort, and I can't wait to return. Martin and Able picked a perfect room for us, and check-in was effortless. Having double vanities made getting ready easier. We loved the heavenly soaking, as well as Agua yoga, gratitude sessions, and the clay. Lauren and Mikal gave us impactful information about the waters and the resort's history. When I accidentally pulled the bathroom door off its slide, Memo and Miguel arrived within minutes and fixed it quickly.

Ahnee did a fantastic job serving us in the cabana. She was friendly and attentive, and offered great tips for enjoying the amenities. We had a wonderful day at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort with a day pass and access to the adult terrace. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was easy to enjoy. We'll definitely be back!

The booking process had so many inconsistencies that I canceled and went with another resort. Their experience was much easier to book, with no hidden caveats. This one felt scammy. The person on the phone didn't ask why I was canceling and seemed eager to get me off the call. Why lose out on $600, you know? I'd originally booked a 50% Birthday pass, a regular day pass, and a cabana in the adult area. I hadn't realized I might need an adult terrace day pass for my husband, so I called to change his pass. I also asked to pay the difference for my birthday pass, since the booking system hadn't let me choose which day pass I wanted. The young woman said there was no upgrade option for the birthday pass, so I'd have to give up the discount and pay full price for an Adult Terrace pass. I don't understand why, if someone is already paying extra for a cabana in the adult section, they can't pay the difference for the terrace pass. And why offer a 50% birthday discount if it can't be applied to the Adult Terrace, even at half its cost, or used with a cabana purchase? I was so excited when I booked, but that feeling faded.

Honestly, I'm a member, and this place is amazing, a perfect way for me to spend my days. A big part of why I became a member is the staff. Faiz, JJ, Avery, Andrew, Sydney, and the rest of the reception crew at the bath hall are friendly, professional, and on point. Sorry, I can't remember everyone's name. They get you checked in quickly, set you up with towels, guide you through aromatherapy in the sauna, and help out at Clay Cove. The grounds are kept almost spotless. Housekeeping and the pool engineers and maintenance crew work hard behind the scenes. Hats off to Yuley, who's always here early with a smile for guests. I enjoy the classes too, and the wellness instructors Michael and Lauren really know their stuff. Cafe Azuli has great snacks, and the french fries are hard to pass up. At the tortoise shell pool bar, Alex, Justine, Mach, Anna, and Noah make my Paloma perfect every time, with Mezcal, grapefruit soda, fresh lime, and freshly spanked mint. Poolside, Ahnee, Kelcee, Jovette, and Alana serve the drinks and food. They're always happy, helpful, and fun to chat with. The whole property is extraordinary and fun to explore, and without this amazing staff it wouldn't get such high marks.
