Brandi, the night front desk clerk, was especially sweet and went beyond what I expected. I’m glad she looked after me. When my A/C gave me trouble, Amanda from maintenance came promptly and fixed it. The staff were professional and helpful throughout, making sure my comfort and accommodations for me and my pets were taken care of. The next day, GM Karla was polite and professional. Since the repair took 11 hours and I had to wait until after 9 am for maintenance, she offered a late checkout to make up for the discomfort. My spouse, our pets, and I appreciated that.

I thought I’d missed breakfast after sleeping in, but Crystal greeted me with fresh biscuits and muffins, plus the freshest, most delicious milk I’ve had at a hotel. I stay in hotels a lot. I arrived late after a long, exhausting drive, and the staff got me checked in and into my room quickly. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at home with fast, great service. The service is almost as amazing as the people. #CrystalForChiefOfBicuits

The elevator was out of service, though they let us know at check-in. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful, from the time we arrived until checkout. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

I liked that the hotel cuts down on waste by using larger containers in the shower, though an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be useful. Our king room was very spacious, and I enjoyed seeing the birds outside the windows. The registration staff member was friendly and greeted us whenever we passed by. At breakfast there was a good mix of hot and cold choices, with an attentive staff person keeping everything stocked and the area clean and tidy.
