La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth Arlington West

I called the front desk because I was running late and stressed that I wouldn't make it on time. Denetto...I think that's how you spell it .. reassured me that everything would be OK and to just get there safely. When I arrived, he kept me laughing and smiling. I'd come back to this location only if he's working.

Jennifer at the front desk is a blessing, so friendly, helpful, and congenial. She's amazing at her job, and everyone else here is great too. This is one of the best Laquintas I've stayed at, and it's usually my go-to when we travel, which is often. It's clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. I highly recommend it.

Room 309, the replacement for our original room 409, was in much worse shape and clearly unsuitable for guests. The walls had deteriorating drywall and cracks throughout. In the bathroom, tiles and the mirror were broken, fixtures were missing, and even the decorative picture frames were gone. Moving us from a room with no hot water into a visibly damaged room was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary frustration. It fell far short of the hotel's advertised quality and reasonable expectations for a stay. We had first reported that room 409 had no hot water. We appreciated being moved, but the condition of 309 made the situation worse. I am asking for this to be reviewed promptly and for appropriate compensation or corrective action for the discomfort and inconvenience. I look forward to hearing back and resolving this. Thanks.

It's a smaller property, but well equipped, with a little fitness room, an outdoor pool and separate hot tub, a business center, and two coin-operated washers and dryers. The location is handy, right off I-30 between Ft. Worth and Arlington, near lots of local destinations. Walmart is an easy walk away, too. I'll stay here again when visiting Arlington. The room was nice and the mattress comfortable. Everything was very clean, and staff were friendly. About what you'd expect from LaQuinta.
