Breakfast was good, and my husband really liked the workout room. The rooms looked nice and were very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. At check-in, the woman working the night of 2/6/26 was pleasant, though I can’t remember her name. She and the man on duty the following night helped us with a few things we’d forgotten and brought us an extra comforter. We were very pleased and would stay here again when we visit family.
10/10
We had a comfortable, quiet room, and the service was outstanding. The front desk staff and manager were understanding and helpful while we extended our stay. Thank you.
6/10
The shower is great and the rooms are mostly fine, but I’ve found bugs twice. They also never called me back about a package I had delivered.
4/10
The room itself was very comfortable, so I’d give that three stars. But there were roaches, which brought my overall rating down to two.
4/10
The in-room coffee wasn’t any good, and the packs had decaf marked with orange labels instead of green. Not confusing at all. Also, two mornings in a row, the breakfast area had no coffee at 6 AM. Yesterday I carried the decanter into the kitchen, where the attendant was hanging out on their phone.
