Hampton Inn Mustang

Had a lovely time here. The staff were really friendly, and I liked the toaster. The bed was comfortable, though it squeaked, and the carpet was cool. Breakfast was the usual continental kind. The shower head wasn't great, and the shower really only works for one person before water gets everywhere. A longer curtain would probably help.

The biggest problem for us was the noise. We heard people walking and showering in the room above, neighbors next door, and cars outside. My husband, the kids, and I barely slept either night, maybe a couple of hours. I know a hotel isn't home, but we've stayed at plenty of them without this much noise. Bring a fan or sound machine if you need something to drown it out. There were a lot of positives too. The staff were great and helpful, and moved us to a room where we wouldn't be above anyone, which we appreciated with little kids. The location is close to food, stores, gas stations, and more. We used the pool, and it was clean and nice. Our room and the shower and tub were clean, with good water pressure and temperature. There was a funky smell at first, maybe from the bedding wash or cleaning products, but it eventually went away. Breakfast had good choices and tasted good. The beds and pillows were okay, though neither the best nor the worst. Four out of five for us.

Clean enough, and the bed didn't leave my back hurting. Everything worked, technically. It was fine, but nothing about the place made me want to book another stay.

Really nice place. It was spacious and clean, very clean, and the breakfast was good too. I've got plenty of good things to say about this hotel.
