Arcadian Dunes

There's plenty for the family here: two pools, a sauna, steam room, gym, plus an on-site restaurant and bar. The ocean is about a five-minute walk away. We loved the place, and the layout, inside and out, was really nice. It's just the right size for a family of four.

We drove down from Ohio for Labor Day weekend and didn't stay. The "non smoking" condo was filthy and reeked of smoke. Mattresses were stained, there was grease and grime all over the kitchen, and the couch was full of food, loose change, and debris from who knows what. Huge dead bugs greeted us, too. We called the owner about the condition, and he didn't seem surprised. He said he'd try to get a cleaning crew there in the next few days. He also told us sheets only come with a linen package you have to purchase. Needless to say, we left.

Booking was easy, and communication and replies were excellent and quick. Our condo in Arcadian Dunes was clean and comfortable, and entry was easy with a digital lock, no key or card needed. The location is perfect, close to all our favorite stops. Some of the interior was dated but clean and well maintained. The comforters and blankets were so thin they kept slipping off the beds, so thicker ones would've been better. The pools were easy to get to and 8-8.5 feet deep, which my grown children loved. It was about a five-minute walk to the beach along a beautiful, simple route. A cozy, nice place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

Everything we needed was right there, and the pool was nice. The place was really clean and quiet. A great place to stay!
