We had a great stay at voco The Shelby in Myrtle Beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing sunset views, and the property was clean, well kept, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Brittany at the front desk made check-in easy and told us about fun things to do nearby. We went straight to the restaurant afterward and really enjoyed the food and relaxed, upbeat vibe. Everything we ordered was delicious. It was a wonderful visit, and we'd definitely stay again.

The oceanfront location made it easy to get to the beach, and the views never got old. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the hotel felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out. The pool and on-site dining were convenient and never felt crowded or chaotic. The Shelby – Myrtle Beach has a nice balance of relaxed beach vibes and polished comfort. I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

My wife loved the anniversary surprise. We walked into our room and were so excited to find champagne and chocolates waiting for us, along with a handwritten anniversary letter. We were also upgraded to a spacious, comfortable suite. We spent three nights there to celebrate our anniversary, and the hospitality was outstanding throughout. The team made us feel celebrated from the moment we arrived, and every detail felt thoughtful. Thank you to Kristina, the Front Desk Manager, and to Telly, Sharon, and the whole Shelby team. They were warm, professional, and genuinely caring, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary. My husband and I had an awesome stay at The Shelby, and dinner at the connected The Pebbles restaurant was just as good. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and head chef David clearly knows his craft. Amanda and Anna were especially good with us. The staff made the visit feel personal. Dave the doorman greeted us warmly every day. Brad and Sharon checked us in and out professionally and were friendly and welcoming. It was a nice surprise to learn Brad was from our hometown in Maryland. Jay, the head housekeeper, and Varnette in housekeeping kept things clean and comfortable, and Jose from maintenance was attentive and wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond. We highly recommend The Shelby and The Pebbles to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach, and are already looking forward to returning.
