It's an older building, and the units and furnishings are older too, but it's very quiet, which I love. The units are all two bedrooms with two full baths, a full kitchen, dining area, and family room. There's a large swimming pool and the place is right on the ocean. The beach in front doesn't get too crowded since there are no resorts or houses directly on the beach to the right. I'll come again.

The location and beach view were great, but the villa really needs upkeep and some upgrades. I spent a weekend there in a two-bedroom place, and it was very outdated. The sheets had stains, and we couldn't use the sofa bed because of a huge brown stain on it. I just wish they'd put some money into maintaining the place.

My family had a great vacation here. The rooms, halls, pool, and pool deck were all very clean, and the building upgrades they've invested in look really good. I love this place.

We came in the off-season and enjoyed our stay. The beach was great and had lots of shells to pick up, and we were close to shopping and dining, although the major tourist buffets were closed or only open limited days and hours. Every unit has an ocean view, and we enjoyed ours. Staff and housekeeping were accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The room with the small single beds felt a little cramped, but it was okay.

There aren't amenities besides the pool, but it's a great pool, going down to 8 feet, with a roomy sun deck and the beach just a few steps away. The outside doesn't look like much, though the rooms inside were clean and enjoyable. You get a good beach view if you book one of those rooms.
