There’s a lot to like about living here. The neighbors are friendly, and the HOA fee feels fair for what it covers. The condos have plenty of room, plus there are walking trails, seven pools, and two clubhouses. The location works really well too.

I’ve stayed in condos here twice, in 2014 and again in 2023, and both visits were comfortable. They felt homey, and the grounds were kept clean. Most of the security staff were pleasant and didn’t hassle us. One bed’s box spring gave out, but it was big enough that I could sleep on the other side. I’d come back.

Tiffany, the property manager, was so kind and helpful, and the cleaning crew got the place looking brand new. My family and I loved the beautiful property and hated having to leave. I’d definitely recommend renting here for a vacation.

The community looked really well cared for when we visited family at Magnolia Pointe last week. The pool was clean and there wasn’t trash around. My great Aunt and Uncle were being looked after in a lovely area. Very nice apartments!
