The only good thing was the ocean view. My parents booked this place for six weeks, and problems started on the first day. For the first two weeks, the furnace kept malfunctioning, with several people coming and going and saying it was fixed. A few weeks later, the elevator stopped working. They were on the 14th floor and essentially stranded until it was repaired. The main door code changed without notice, and then the water was shut off for a day without warning. There was no oven in their room, so they had to buy a coffee maker, toaster, and can opener. The host should be embarrassed to rent out this piece of garbage. We're currently working to get a partial refund. Renters beware!

We stayed in an Airbnb condo here and found it very nice. It's an older building, but it's kept up well and was clean. The pools and hot tubs were really nice, and our balcony looked out over the beach and ocean. We got beautiful sunrises there in the morning.

The view was beautiful, but getting into the building was crazy, with scaffolding everywhere and a bit of a dangerous feel. The bed in room # 1202 was terrible, so I ended up on the couch, which was terrible too.

These are individually owned condos, so I can only speak for Steve & Sarah. We've stayed in suite #802 most recently, and in another condo they own in the building over the past few years. Their places are great, updated, and always clean. The building is a little older than its neighbors, but management keeps it in good shape. The pool works, the grounds are clean, and the location is great.

Room 208 wasn't what we expected. There weren't enough chairs, and when we called for extra towels, none arrived. We also needed pillows and blankets for the sofa bed, but they never brought any, so we had to get our own. The living room TV didn't work as a smart TV, the bedroom TV's cable never worked, and the internet was down too. Someone came out but didn't fix it. The place felt like a catfish, and we won't be back.
