Ocean Escape Condos

The only reason I'm giving service a 3 is that the night staff member Sherman was amazing and tried to help while he was working. The rest was very unprofessional. I was sent the wrong address twice, and it took us two extra hours to reach the condo. When we finally got in, all the beds had dirty linens, as if someone had slept in them and they were just made up again. The floors were so dirty that my 9-month-old granddaughter's feet and knees were black from crawling, and we had to bathe her. The main bathroom shower faucet was coming out of the wall. The keypad to the building never worked. After we complained and stood outside several times, the front desk lady gave us somebody else's code. I'm sure that's not allowed, since I could have gone into their room if I wanted. I won't stay here again.

We'd be happy to stay at Ocean Escape Condos again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, well-kept place. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the fresh linens, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clearly maintained with care. Cleanliness seemed like a real priority, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Ocean Escape Condos exceeded our expectations.

The building is across the street from the beach, which makes it less expensive than some nearby condos, and from a top-floor unit you can get a pretty good view. Landmark has two- and three-bedroom condos, and guests can use Landmark's waterpark as well as the pools at Crown Reef. Great place, great location, and fantastic amenities.

The place was spacious and very nice, but the pots and pans were cheap and food stuck to them. The walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING. The door codes are at least eight digits or characters, so don't waste time buzzing around trying to find one to get in.
