The man named Mat was very racist. They kicked us out because we had a dog, even though she wasn’t bothering anyone. I saw four people sent on May 27th who had dogs. Just look at how nasty the microwave is. Room N104. Worst experience of my life.

Getting to the right place takes some figuring out: first the address, then the building letter, then the condo number. It’s an older condo complex within walking distance of the beach, though none of the condos have a beach view. There’s no elevator, and the stairs to the second floor alone are 42 steps, with several more floors above. I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone who struggles with stairs. The place could use a facelift and an elevator. I stayed in a one-bedroom, one-bath unit. The hallways were very narrow, the kitchen small, and the only laundry space was for a stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom seemed to have been given space at the expense of the closet, which was turned into a cleaning supply closet.

Nice extras in the condo: books, movies, pans and plates, plus an indoor pool and an outdoor gas grill. Wonderful.

It’s a nice place, just a block from the ocean. But there’s no elevator, and I’m disabled, so the stairs up to our third-floor condo were very painful. I’d recommend it to people without mobility problems.
