Ms. Denise Nimri deserves special recognition for her exceptional service at The Ellie Beach Resort. Our family's annual SCAPT convention stays have been at the same hotel since 2017, first at The DoubleTree by Hilton and then The Ellie Beach Resort. Each visit has been better than the last, thanks in large part to the staff's warm, attentive professionalism, especially Ms. Denise. Before our July 13-18, 2025 stay, she personally checked the room we requested and confirmed its layout would work for our family. After traveling hundreds of miles, not having enough space would have been difficult, but everything was just right when we arrived. She continued checking in after we got settled to make sure the accommodations met our expectations. I was attending a work conference during the stay, and she was thoughtful about my family's needs while I was in meetings. She patiently and professionally responded to phone calls and several emails from me and my colleagues, handling every question with genuine care. This employee has gone above and beyond for years. Our sincere thanks to Ms. Denise for her kindness and service. She represents the best of Doubletree Resort By Hilton and The Ellie Beach Resort.

We loved being just steps from the beach. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and the service was outstanding. We stayed at the Ellie for a family mini vacation in the quieter end of town. It was off season, and a large event was staying at the hotel. The pools could have used more cleaning. A few minor things in the room needed fixing, but the view was absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to visit again.

The good part is that we liked everything else. But the extra charges after arrival were a problem. I booked through Hilton.com, where the total price to stay was listed as 268.80 USD. At the resort, they added fees for the pool, pier, and other things I couldn't keep track of. It was too cold to use most of what the employee named. When I questioned the charges, she said I had to pay them despite the listed total. Guests aren't allowed to smoke, yet marijuana smell came from the laundry room every day. I guess employees can smoke whatever they want.

Denise 2.0 at reception was so kind and helpful when we ran into a problem, exactly the kind of service you hope for when traveling. I was here for a conference in January. The room was very nice, and the view was beautiful. We didn't use the pool because of the season, but it looked like a great, well-kept facility.

The staff were fantastic, and my room was comfortable and really nice. I loved those Hilton beds. I was here for a conference and would like to bring my family for a summer vacation. It looks like there's a lot to do.
