They got me checked in even though I arrived early, and the staff were friendly. The rooms and shared spaces were clean and in good shape. I also had to leave a day early and expected I might lose that night’s payment, but they refunded it without a problem. Jason handled things when I checked out, and he was professional and friendly. They’re running a good place.

Macy at the front desk was sharp and professional. The weight room was nice, and the laundry actually got my clothes dry on the first go. They even had propane for the grill out back. A top notch place! 💯💯

The second room was in awful shape: there were what looked like mouse or rat droppings and stains in the fridge, crumbs in the kitchen cabinets, grime and stains in the shower, and a black mark on the pillow. The floors were sticky, with puddles, and the couch was stained. Bugs were crawling on the bed and nightstand, and there were spiders on the ceiling. My first room had cat hair all over it, a serious problem because I’m highly allergic, so I asked to switch. The elevator was filthy, with what looked like nail clippings and stains on the floor, and there was trash and screws scattered in the hallway, as if they’d been there for days. The front desk attendant kept a sucker in her mouth through check-in, which made a poor first impression. The customer service problem carried beyond the desk, too. While I waited for the elevator, I saw a housekeeper knock on a guest’s door and huff and puff rudely when he said he didn’t want his room cleaned. I left and checked into a Marriott instead. It was newly built in 2025, the same price, and I’d recommend it. I was told a manager would contact me about my concerns, but several days have passed and nobody has. I attached photos of the problems, and no one from Everhome Suites in Nampa, Idaho has reached out to make things right. This place didn’t meet its brand standards, and I’m incredibly frustrated. Until management deals with these serious issues, I’d strongly advise against staying here. It doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

I was here for work for three weeks. Jada at the front desk was helpful and really nice, and my room was clean and pleasant. Food and groceries are close by, too. I’d stay here again.
