Gene, a USMC veteran, Marlene, and #6 were treated like family throughout our stay. We spent 73 days at the Hilton in Nampa, Idaho, after a bathroom flood forced us out of our home. Miss Piper, the manager, was outstanding and did whatever she could to make us comfortable. An extra chair? No problem. A table for my electronics and medication? She got that too. Tim, Nichole, Kimberly, Ivoreen, Marla, and several others gave us five-star treatment. Marlene, our Miniature Pinscher # Six, and I were delighted to stay here. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and highly recommend it.

We ended up here after changing hotels at the last minute, and the welcome was friendly. Check-in took under three minutes, and the desk employee quickly explained the indoor pool, spa, fitness center, and daily breakfast. She also gave us good suggestions for places to eat nearby. The location is handy, just off the freeway and behind the Idaho Ford Center, with Walmart and plenty of food options across the street. The rooms and rest of the hotel were pristine and very clean. Our one snag was that our second-day request for fresh towels got missed. After we called that evening, they brought some up quickly. Of the Nampa options I saw, this was easily the best, and I thought it justified the slightly higher nightly price.

Breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is close to the freeway without being right on top of it. On Friday, though, we could hear some traffic from the main road because our room was on the west side. I’d book on the east side next time. The $75 pet fee was a lot.

Tanner was attentive and did what he could to accommodate me. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 20 years, so I notice that kind of care. The hotel looked immaculate, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks for making my stay in Nampa amazing.
